S-Learning is committed to providing an inspiring, safe, and collaborative academic environment for educators and students across Africa and globally. These Community Guidelines set the standard of conduct across all public study rooms, forums, and peer chats.
1. Academic Integrity & Honest Collaboration
- Support and encourage fellow students and teachers in their learning journeys.
- Do NOT share unverified exam leaks, facilitate cheating during standardized tests, or promote academic fraud.
- When helping peers, prioritize constructive explanations and teaching concepts rather than merely handing out answers.
2. Respect, Dignity & Inclusive Environment
- Treat every community member with courteousness and respect regardless of background, nationality, or learning pace.
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, defamation, threatening language, and discrimination are strictly prohibited.
- Inappropriate sexual, violent, or vulgar content will result in immediate account suspension.
3. Authentic & Meaningful Contributions
- Keep conversations relevant to educational and academic subjects.
- Do not spam forums with repetitive questions, unsolicited commercial advertisements, or affiliate marketing links.
- Do not impersonate other teachers, educational authorities, or S-Learning administrators.
4. Student & Educator Safety First
- Never publicly share sensitive personal identifiable information such as home addresses, personal phone numbers, or passwords.
- Report suspicious activity or inappropriate conduct to moderators immediately using the in-app reporting button.
5. Moderation & Enforcement
Our moderation team actively monitors public discussions to ensure safety:
- Violating content will be removed immediately.
- First violations may receive an official warning.
- Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination and device-level bans.
