By downloading, accessing, or using the S-Learning mobile application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not access or use the application.
2. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. S-Learning is not liable for losses resulting from compromised login credentials.
3. Educator & Student Responsibilities
Teachers and educators using S-Learning to generate lesson notes agree to verify the alignment and appropriateness of materials for their specific school requirements and national curriculum standards before classroom deployment. Students agree to utilize the platform's AI study aids for genuine academic improvement and not for cheating or academic dishonesty.
4. AI-Generated Content & Educational Disclaimer
Lesson plans, study summaries, and quiz explanations are generated using advanced artificial intelligence systems. While we embed verified curriculum standards (such as Ghana NaCCA syllabus benchmarks), AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified teachers. S-Learning does not warrant that AI content is completely error-free or exhaustive.
5. Intellectual Property
The S-Learning application, logos, UI designs, algorithms, and proprietary software are the exclusive intellectual property of S-Learning. You retain ownership of the original materials and lesson notes you create.
6. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Billing
Certain advanced features, such as unlimited AI lesson plan generation and bulk document exports, may require a paid subscription. Billing is handled securely through Apple App Store and Google Play In-App Billing via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
7. User-Generated Content & Forum Conduct
Users must adhere strictly to our Community Guidelines. Posting abusive, defamatory, illegal, or sexually explicit content in community channels or forums is grounds for immediate, permanent account suspension.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms of Use or Community Guidelines, without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use as our services and features evolve. Continued use of the app following published updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
